Stanley CSS Purchases Select Accounts From Verifier Capital.

Naperville, IL (May 24, 2011)—Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. (Stanley CSS) announces the purchase of select Verifier Capital accounts in the southern U.S. The purchase includes mostly commercial accounts using the Sonitrol impact-activated audio technology and a small number of traditional digital security accounts. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
