Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. Purchases Sonitrol of South Texas

NAPERVILLE, IL (April 1, 2009)—Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. (Stanley CSS) announces the purchase of monitoring lines and customer contracts from Sonitrol of South Texas, a Sonitrol dealer since 1977, located in San Antonio, TX. The sale includes contracts with mostly commercial retail, restaurant, healthcare, service and education customers being serviced throughout South Texas. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

This transaction increases the Stanley CSS footprint in Texas. Sonitrol of South Texas’ customers will be serviced by the Stanley CSS existing Houston and San Antonio offices. Stanley CSS currently provides monitoring services to these accounts allowing for a seamless transition for this customer base.

Sonitrol of South Texas was formerly owned by Red Hawk Industries, LLC.
