HSM Electronic Protection Services, Inc. Purchases Michigan-Based AA Alarms, Inc.

Jupiter, FL, June 16, 2006—HSM Electronic Protection Services, Inc. today announced the purchase of AA Alarms, Inc., a provider of electronic security services located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

“The AA Alarms acquisition allows us to increase our presence in Michigan, which represents a strong growth area for our company. In addition, expanding our service coverage and base in this area increases our support for our national account customers with locations in Michigan. We look forward to working with AA Alarms’ customers by upholding HSM’s commitment and dedication to superior customer service,” stated Tim Whall, president and chief operating officer of HSM.

AA Alarms, Inc. has been providing security services in the Ann Arbor area since 1972, supplying electronic security equipment installation and services and monitoring for both residential and commercial properties.

Bruce Amrine, president of AA Alarms, Inc., decided to sell to HSM because of their reputation and dedication to customer service, which was reflected in their having been awarded by Security Dealer Magazine the coveted Dealer of the Year Award for 2005. He believes that HSM will continue to provide his customers with a high level of service which they are accustomed to and with their greater resources be able to furnish them with a wider array of security services.
