HSM Purchases Jackson Burglar Alarm

Jupiter, FL, October 19, 2005—HSM (formerly Honeywell Security Monitoring) today announces the purchase of Jackson Burglar Alarm located in Denver, CO. The sale includes 2,200 commercial and residential accounts being serviced throughout Colorado, including the towns of Denver, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Castle Rock, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
